For April's Korean Culture Day, we visited a local hanbok shop to learn and try on some beautiful hanbok.

A lot of people think hanbok is reserved for official holidays or special occasions like a wedding, but we found out that hanbok has a lot of variations from streetwear to modern and all the way to traditional.

We were surprised to find out how easy it was to rent a hanbok and walk around the streets of Los Angeles. Wearing a hanbok definitely gave my confidence a boost of cultural pride.
