The Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles (KCCLA) & Korean Artists Association of Southern California proudly present the fifth exhibition of the 2019 LA Art Project, < The 51st Annual Exhibition of Korean Artists Association of Southern California >, which will take place from September 12th to September 20th, 2019 at the Korean Cultural Center Art Gallery, located at 5505 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90036.

Since its inception in 1964, the Korean Artists Association of Southern California has been involved with various types of exhibitions to promote cultural exchange and harmony between Korea and other ethnic groups. The association has also encouraged younger generations to explore their artistic endeavors through Juried Art Student exhibition and Korean-American exhibitions. As years go by, younger artists have joined the group making this association even more lively than before. This special exhibition will feature fresh new ideas and designs along with sophisticated, more refined traditional art as well.

In celebration of the 51st anniversary of the Korean Artists Association of Southern California proudly presents this show. Over 63 different artists will showcase paintings, sculptures, photography, ceramic, installation arts, and other various artworks.

The exhibition is open to the public and the opening reception will be held on Thursday, September 12th, 2019 at 7:00p.m. at the KCCLA 2nd floor art gallery. The show will run until September 20th, 2019.
