Understanding Korean Culture for LAPD
Korean Cultural Center, Los Angeles (Director Wijin Park) is hosting with the Wilshire Community Police Station at the Los Angeles Police Department Wilshire Community Police Station on Friday, March 26, 10:30 a.m.
As a special group lecture by the Korean Cultural Center, has been directly requested for a lecture on Korean culture by the Wilshire Division to proceed together in raising cultural awareness and expertise in the newly launched Wilshire Culture Awareness Lecture and Liaison Series (CALLS).
Various cultural lectures, such as the differences between Korean and American culture, and related Q&A sessions will be held with around 30 police officers and officials attending from the Wilshire Community Police Station, part of the West Bureau in charge of five police stations in LA County where many Korean-Americans reside.
