LA Phil 'Seoul Festival'

LA Philharmonic will host the Seoul Festival in collaboration with the Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles (Director Haedon Lee) from June 3 to June 10. The week-long event will take place at Walt Disney Concert Hall in downtown Los Angeles.

This Seoul Festival expands the LA Phil's "Green Umbrella New Music Series" into a full-season event, marking the first time in the orchestra's history that a week-long program is dedicated to a single country. Unsuk Chin, recipient of the prestigious Siemens Prize and Artistic Director of the Tongyeong International Music Festival, has curated and directed the entire festival program.
