LAPD(경찰 및 경찰관계자) 대상 Understanding Korean Culture

주LA한국문화원(원장 박위진)은 Wilshire Community Police Station과 함께 3월26일 금요일 10:30부터 Los Angeles Police Department Wilshire Community Police Station 에서 Understanding Korean Culture를 개최한다.

LA한국문화원의 전문가 그룹 특별 강좌 일환으로 진행되는 이번 Understanding Korean Culture는 Wilshire Division에서 문화적 인식을 높이고 전문성을 높이기위하여 새롭게 시작하는 Wilshire Culture Awareness Lecture and Liaison Series(CALLS)에 한국 문화관련 강의를 직접 요청해와서 함께 진행하게되었다.

다수의 한인들이 거주하고 있는 LA 카운티지역 내 5개의 경찰서를 담당하고 있는 West Bureau의 경찰서인 Wilshire Community Police Station에서 30여명의 경찰과 관계자들이 참석하여 한국 역사와 문화, 한국이민사, 한국과 미국의 문화적 차이점 등 다양한 문화관련 강의와 질의응답 시간을 갖을 예정이다.
